Hello Jazz Guitar Community!

How is everybody?!?

As you might have noticed I posted a new greeting video and I outlined a new concept for our curriculum that I will be adding:

"The Lick of the Week"

I will play a  lick based on a standard jazz chord progression each week (I will TRY and keep it weekly, but disclaimer: if the road life gets too intense it might stretch out beyond a week from time to time ;-)

Then I will ask you all to work on getting to know it all across the neck with each finger and position that it occurs.

Let me know what you think!

I am going back on the road later this week to produce & record in Los Angeles with killer trumpet master Till Brönner. We will have the great Vinnie Colaiuta on drums, Brian Bromberg, Mitchel Forman and Tim LeFebvre!

After that I hit the road again with Fourplay. Please check on www.chuckloeb.com for the tour schedule and if I am in your area PLEASE stop in and catch the show. We are having a blast out there.

In the mean time - keep up the great work and I'll seeya 'round campus!
