I usually don't make a habit of passing along every video I see, but I think this really applies to the way we can think about flatpicking.

This a great example of a sublime blend of technique and artful expression. Notice the relaxed and focused look on her face!  Also notice there are no explosions, back flips, or other displays of "over-doing".
