There was a planned 2.5 hour outage on Tuesday Feb 16 at 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM PST). The purpose of this outage was to install the 2nd of two system software upgrades for the QSU. During that time, the QSU was not available. The QSU is back online now; minor problems are being fixed presently.- QSU staff
