Bryan was in the ArtistWorks studio this winter to record what he dubs “the cornerstone for all guitar players:” new basic flatpicking exercises, located in Basic Guitar.
This suite of four new lessons helps guitarists of all levels develop consistent, solid, and relaxed picking mechanics and style.
Bryan compares a sound picking pattern to “pistons in a machine.” Developing “a sense of rhythm” and a “trust of that pattern” is “extremely valuable for performance tempos and a jam session.”
