ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a small company doing very big things in the world of music and online education. Combining best-in-class expertise in video production, technology, and digital marketing, ArtistWorks partners with world-renowned, highly accomplished musicians who teach online using our patented Video Exchange Learning® platform.
As an Online Customer Support Representative, you are at the heart of the ArtistWorks experience. You will work in an online environment providing support for a passionate group of current and potential students. You will handle a high volume of emailed requests/queries and communicate closely with our Customer Service Manager to help improve the customer experience.
We’re looking for a self-starting individual who is looking for a remote, part-time position at a company doing very exciting things.
